Goal: Support young researchers with doctorates in the sciences who are in the phase in which they are ready to start or in the process of consolidating a research team, after having established an independent research program, obtaining significant results in their field. The subprogram is also open to those who are working abroad and who are interested in leading high level research projects in Romanian institutions.
